Returns: The W. P. Store, LLC (d.b.a. wickedpassions.com)

As our merchandise is of a personal nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges on stockings, thigh-hi’s, thongs, G-strings, and any other garment or gadget that covers or touches any part of the genital or buttocks area. This is for the health and protection of our customers, and in accordance with many state laws. This is the only way we can guarantee customers will receive new and unused garments and jewelry. We thank you for your understanding in this delicate topic. Please feel free to contact us before placing an order. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Items not included in the above restrictions, that were purchased from wickedpassions.com (The W. P. Store, LLC), may be exchanged for size or color only. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have original tags attached. A return authorization number is required and must be issued from The W. P. Store, LLC to the purchaser.

Returns are generally not allowed. However, customer satisfaction is important to us! If you believe we have grossly misrepresented a non-restricted item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order. Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have original tags attached. A return authorization number is required and must be issued from The W. P. Store, LLC to the purchaser. If we agree to accept a return of a non-restricted item, we will credit your original credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping fees.

The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees when sending an item for exchange or return. We will NOT charge you for re-shipping exchanged items nor for any mistake on our part in processing your order. Customers must ship returns and exchanges with a copy of the original invoice. You can ship via the service of your choice however a tracking number must be part of their basic service. We recommend that you purchase insurance for the purchase price of the item you are exchanging or returning. We cannot be responsible for shipments that become lost so the insurance is a small price to pay for peace of mind.

Due to high credit card processing fees or other money processing fees, there will be a $5.00 cancellation and restocking fee for any cancelled orders.

Refused orders (at the time of delivery) will be considered a cancelled order without authorization, and will incur a 15% restocking fee plus the cancellation fee.

Claims of shortages or damages must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  Requests for proof of delivery must be made within 30 days of order date.

What do I do if my package is damaged during shipping?
DO NOT accept or open your shipment if the package shows signs of external damage. In the event that you receive an item damaged in shipment, please follow the following procedures:
Notify us on the day you received the shipment at: 800-260-2883
Make sure you have the Shipping Tracking Number.
Retain all shipping materials (carton, packing materials, etc.)
The delivery service will then pick up the shipping materials and the damaged product from your address and return it to wickedpassions.
In addition to the above, the following also applies:

Terms Of Purchase Agreement for The W. P. Store, LLC (d.b.a. wickedpassions.com) You, the BUYER, understand and agree to the following:

(i) All sales are FINAL - no refunds. Same item exchange only for size or color when returned with authorization, in original, unopened package.
(ii) I am of the legal age in my state or country to purchase adult goods.
(iii) I am knowledgeable and aware that there are no laws prohibiting purchase of these goods in my state or country of residence.
(iv) I understand agree that although fully-functional, the items purchased are for FANTASY USE only and that The W. P. Store, LLC makes no suggestions regarding the use of any items.
(v) I shall hold harmless The W. P. Store, LLC, it's assigns, heirs and associates from any/all damages that may occur with regard to use of item purchased.
(vii) I understand that merchandise manufactured by "Rimba" and/or The W. P. Store, LLC is warranted for craftsmanship. All Rimba and W. P. Store goods are warranted for workmanship. We will gladly repair or replace any item for which the workmanship has proven unsatisfactory, within thirty (30) days of the date you received the merchandise with advance coordination regarding means to return items, via phone or email.
